The AIDA 2, is the freedive course that covers skills and knowledge necessary to train non-competitive recreational freediver, who wish to practice freedive with or without a line, in a safe and responsible way. It is an freedive course designed for people who feel very comfortable and safe in the water.
The purpose of the course is to familiarize the student with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, safety procedures, technique, problems, risks, but above all, to learn how to suspend underwater breathing

AIDA 3 Advanced Freedive Course

The AIDA 3 freediving course builds on the skills learned in the AIDA 2** course.
The goal is to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to independently plan and participate in freediving activities with freedivers of similar experience.
This course is designed to help you improve your techniques and, above all, understand your sensations. You will learn proper equalization and freefall techniques at depth.
During this course, we will practice four disciplines in a non-competitive manner: static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion, and constant weight. In this freediving course, we will take things a step further: you will learn how to train as a freediver and take you beyond the basics. You will expand your freediving capabilities in a systematic and safe manner.

This is a course for anyone who plans on entering an AIDA Competition for the first time and/or wants to know more about how one works. Students will develop their knowledge and skills of the main competitive categories of freediving including Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea and Constant Weight. The instructor will cover all the competition rules and procedures in the classroom before recreating a competition environment in the pool and/or open water to give the student a real sense of how it can feel to be in a competition situation.
