AIDA 1 Freediver – Introduction to Freediving
The AIDA 1 Freediver course is your first step into the world of freediving. Designed for complete beginners, you’ll spend a morning learning the foundations of breath-hold diving in the warm, clear waters of Cozumel. Through theory, pool practice, and shallow open-water dives, you’ll discover relaxation and equalization techniques, and the pure joy of gliding underwater on a single breath.
AIDA 1 Pool – $200 – 1 day

AIDA Pool competition safety Freediver by Vertical Blue
The purpose of the AIDA Pool Competition Safety by Vertical Blue – Professional Safety Freediver courses is to familiarise freedivers with the safety procedures and rules in place during an AIDA Pool competition. Students will develop their knowledge and skills so they can be used as a Safety Freediver during AIDA Pool competitions.

AIDA 2 Freediver – Beginner Course
The AIDA 2, is the freedive course that covers skills and knowledge necessary to train non-competitive recreational freediver, who wish to practice freedive with or without a line, in a safe and responsible way. It is an freedive course designed for people who feel very comfortable and safe in the water.
The purpose of the course is to familiarize the student with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, safety procedures, technique, problems, risks, but above all, to learn how to suspend underwater breathing

Ocean Line Dive Training
Dive into the crystal-clear waters of Cozumel under the guidance of our profesional instuctors. You’ll explore the ocean depths while learning freediving techniques in a secure and unforgettable experience

Full day Sunken Ships
Freedive on a single breath and explore three of Cozumel’s most iconic wrecks: C-53 Felipe Xicotencatl, Laguna de Mandinga and Laguna de Patzcuaro. Now transformed into thriving artificial reefs, these vessels are covered in coral and marine life, offering a unique setting for depth, awareness and connection.
Throughout the experience, we dive down to glide along the structures. peer through open passageways, swim alongside schools of fish and feel the silence and vastness of the ocean in just one single breath.

Freedive at the Reef
Cozumel is part of the second most important barrier reef in the world, with the most amazing cristal clear water. Explore the beautiful reef formations at the National Marine Park in a single breath. 4 to 5 hours activity. Departure time 9:30 am from marina FONATUR.

Freedive from the Shore
Discover the hidden side of Cozumel with a guided journey that blend freediving and exploration, all starting from a confortable beach club. From reef structures to sunken ships, this coastal experience connects you with the sea in a relaxed and unforgettable way.

Discover Freedive Session
This is an introductory experience designed for people who have never tried free diving before, but are curious about diving naturally, without tanks, just using their body, mind and breath. During this activity you’ll learn the basic principles of freediving, including:
Breathing and relaxation techniques
Equalization basics
Water safety and buddy skills
With the guidance of a certified instructor, you’ll experience the freedom and confidence of diving calmly beneath the surface, reconnecting with the ocean and your innate ability to dive deep
