A ten-day journey into the Red Sea freediving lifestyle — technical depth training, breathwork, wellness and desert adventure, shared with an international community. Guided by Apnea Cozumel Freediving in one of the most iconic dive sites on earth.

Arrival
Airport pickup in Sharm El Sheikh, transfer to Dahab, check-in, welcome gathering, sunset desert hike and group dinner.
Lighthouse training
Morning breath and yoga session, followed by depth training at Lighthouse Reef.
Blue Hole training
Technical workshop and line training at the Blue Hole.
Desert wellness
Desert hike, breathwork, ice bath, sauna and a community dinner.

Ras Mohammed expedition
Departure to Ras Mohammed National Park, full-day exploration, overnight stay with meals included, and return to Dahab.

An overnight expedition to Ras Mohammed
One of the Red Sea's most legendary marine parks — a full day of exploration, a night under the desert sky, meals included, and a return to Dahab the next morning.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need previous experience?
No. The retreat welcomes all levels, from beginners to advanced divers — no competition background required.
Can I rent equipment?
Yes. Rental gear can be arranged in advance — request it ahead of time to guarantee size and availability.
What wetsuit should I bring?
A 3 mm wetsuit is recommended for the Red Sea.
Are flights included?
No. International flights are not included. The retreat does include transfers between the airport and Dahab.
Which airport should I fly into?
Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH). Airport pickup and drop-off are included.
Do I need a visa for Egypt?
Deppends on the nationality, Mexican citizens get their visa with their passport at the airport
Is insurance included?
No. Dive and travel insurance are not included and are strongly recommended.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations 60+ days before the trip: partial refund excluding deposit.
- Cancellations 30–59 days before the trip: 50% refund excluding deposit.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the trip: non-refundable.
- Reservations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
- The organizers are not responsible for flight cancellations, visa issues, denied entry, weather conditions, or travel disruptions outside of our control.
- The itinerary and activities may change due to weather, safety, operational logistics, or local authority decisions.
n case of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, refunds or credits will depend on non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
